may be released for copying to web pages ONLY - if ALL of the
following requirements are met. Any copying or reproduction without meeting the
guidelines below may result in Copyright violations.

(Weathermalta.net) may be copied. Photos with credits other than ours cannot be
released by us.
- 2: Images may be used on non-commercial, non-profit
private homepages ONLY.
If your page is commercial in any way, to promote your business, organization or
occupation, or if it contains any commercial ads or business banners, copying is
NOT allowed. You may not use any image as a button or as a link image to
a commercial site . Commercial interests must contact
us
directly for invoiced permissions and fees.
- 3: All images MUST contain the following credit line: ©weathermalta.net. This credit MUST be contained on the actual image (not the
border, etc.) so that it will transfer on the image if copied. Most of the images
already have a Copyright notice on the photo.
- 4: A separate, legible credit line next to the photo (or the entire photo)
MUST serve as a working HTML link to our homepage at: http://www.weathermalta.net.
In other words, a person should be able to click on the photo or on the credit
line and be directed to this site. (Thanks!)
One last note...... This is a
conditional, courtesy release and it grants you no other use rights not listed
herein. Any copied images shall be removed immediately upon the request of
this site.
No additional uses or reproductions are allowed what-so-ever, including, but
not limited to: the printing of images.
