Image and Files copying requirements and release
This
site is owned by Mario Vassallo
Images
(including any cropped or otherwise altered photograph)
may be released for copying for personal use ONLY -
if ALL of the following requirements are met. Any copying
or reproduction without meeting the guidelines below may
result in Copyright violations.

1: Only
images, articles, figures, tables credited to me
(Mario Vassallo) may be copied. Photos with credits
other than me cannot be released by me.

2: You may
only use the data for the purpose of viewing,
downloading and printing for personal use but may not
otherwise use, copy, store, modify, frame, post,
transmit, upload, distribute or redistribute the data.

Commercial
interests must contact me directly.

3: All
figures, photos or tables from this site MUST
contain the following credit line: ©Mario
Vassallo. This credit MUST be contained on the
actual image (not the border, etc.) so that it will
transfer on the image if copied. Most of the images
already have a Copyright notice on the photo.
One
last note...... This is a conditional, courtesy release
and it grants you no other use rights not listed herein.
Any copied information shall be removed immediately upon
the request of this site.
No
additional uses or reproductions are allowed what-so-ever,
including, but not limited to: the printing of images.

as the following requirements are met to protect my work
from misuse.)
